Blog Safety!

Hey blogger.com :)

Before I begin,

I would like to remind everyone to be very careful and safe on the internet, especially when on sites that display and share personal info! It's best not to state any info on which the person reading your profile, page etc.. can contact you or find out where you live. The safest info to put out there, in my opinion, is perhaps your name and maybe a couple of things that interest you.

But DON'T:
*State where you live (address, school etc..)
*State your first and last name!!(you will become identifiable!!)
*Display phone numbers (that includes cell phones!!)
*And to be completely sure about safety, don't post your pictures
where unknown people can see or have access to.

You CAN:
*Perhaps post your first name
*Share some of your interests
*Maybe your age but Not your date of birth

And REMEMBER:
 *Make sure you have fun, but keep in mind how big
and dangerous the internet can really be :) 

And now that I've explained useful tips for using blogs and other social-networking sites, hopefully I'll post more interesting blogs which will give all you bloggers out there a good read :) :)
