Hey blogger.com!
Boy O boy! Man it's been like 3 months since I've written huh? Sorry :I everything has been so hectic with the 'big move'. MY GOSH! I haven't even told you what happened on the move, have I?! Where do i begin....
Well, it all started on the 14th of Dec ;) We had packed up the house, luxed all of the rooms till they were shining. We were at the door ready to take a long drive to the CHCH airport!
The drive was nice and scenic, we had lunch half way at a lovely park! It had this beautiful mini waterfall :) we found a shoe at the bottom of it, so that kind of ended the WOW feeling :D
Then after 4 hours and like 100 cherries :P we reached CHCH, where we decided to stay the night at one of our friends houses. As soo as we got there and freshened up, we went and saw Megamind! IN 3D :P it was my first 3D movie, so pretty impressed :)
Then... the day came :D me mom and sis were sitting at a cafe after checking in. It was absolutely CRAZY to think that, that very night i was going to be sleeping in Melbourne! How nuts is that?!
Finally, we boarded our flight :) my sis and i decided to go halfies on the window seat. It was a 4 hour flight, so 2 hours each ;) We ate so much chocolate and up & go on the flight, i swear i was about to burst XD
Finally, our flight landed! I was sooooooo excited!! We waited at the airport entrance for Dad to come and pick us all up. With our '12' bags of luggage ;D after what seemed like a week, dads car appeared and we stuffed all our luggage into the boot...i still can't imagine how we did stuff ALL of it in :P
After that whole ordeal, we drove to our new home :) On the way, I saw huge billboards, lots of people, cars and buildings, taaalll ones ;)
Our new house was just, WOW :) For a few days I felt so homesick and sad, but after a bit i got used to the fact that this was our new 'home'
And now here i am sitting on the comp chair, typing up what happened about 2 weeks ago :) I guess I'm not even close to getting used to Melb weather, but it'll do :) My family and I went to the beach yesterday :D It was soo much fun, but unbearably hot >:I I can't wait for the holidays to end (oh yeah, i said it) cause i can't wait to go out and make new friends and meet new people :)

YUSS :)
Hey blogger.com!
Exams are over!!! :D I'm finally able to take a breath! All exams are done :P So now the only thing i have to worry about are the results! SO! My departure/moving date is drawing nearer and nearer, I'm getting more nervous by the minute >:P Me and my friends are having a small farewell party next month, hopefully that'll leave us with some good memories to keep forever :) The past few days have been over 20 degrees! Scorching hot and dry! Last week i fell in love with 80's music again ;D can't stop listening to it! All the music of today is practically based on 80's songs, all of the tunes and melodies too! I'll probably start writing a bit more once I've moved, I'll also have alot more to talk about! This week has been very peculiar, we got Friday and Monday off, so we had a 4-day weekend and we also get this Wednesday off, so we just have a 3-day week!! How crazy is that?! I have to rehearse a script by next week :P I'm going on a music tour with the junior school (I got a part in the theater act) I'm a bit nervous about that too, so i better get rehearsing ;)

Some HW ;)

WEEELLL once again, i haven't written in a century! ;) I have had Exams all through last week and this week too, *crossing my fingers* for the results! :O We have a bit of ICT HW to post, which is: Discuss (on blogger) how to effectively use Facebook to communicate with your teachers. So, here it is :P

So, here it is :P
I think we could best use Facebook to communicate with our teachers by either creating a group for the subject and year group/class, and when a student has been away and can't be contacted, perhaps the teacher could send them an email reminding them of any homework given during the session they missed. Also if the students cannot do their homework or has any problem with it, can maybe email the tearcher or comment on the group page explaining why. Of course all of this 'group-making', communication and updating and following up can get a bit messy after a while. So I reckon the schools, teachers and students should stick to the methods we have today! ;)
Right then! I think I'm gonna go and revise a bit more for my SOS and Science exams coming up! GRR Exams are rather annoying, but I'm glad it'll be over by the end of this week :) but then again, after that I'll be stressed out about the results! By the way... guess what? I'm moving to Melbourne at the end of this year! AAAAAHHHH!!!!! SCARY! I'm also stressed out about leaving my friends :( the new school and house and people and studies and weather and homework and ARGH everything! But there is also a small bit of me which is rather excited about starting out in a new place :)

WOW.

WOW I haven't written in like YEARS! Sorry about that! I have a lot to recap on, don't i? :) Well the school holidays finished last sunday >:I So this is the first week back @ school, everyone's getting adjusted to school-life ;) Well this is the last term, so i guess i should be happy :D GRRRR exams are gonna start in about four weeks and i am soo nervous. I'm revising for the exams since like the start of the week :P Anyone out there have any good revision techniques? I get veery stressed about these things :P. Moving on, i have a performance coming up this Saturday :o but for some reason, i'm not too bothered about that (apart from the itchy costumes!). One of our (my class and i ) favourite teachers is going away to have a wee baby :D so we're making her a farewell present :). I do hope that the exams go alright :/ I'm more stressed out by the minute :P But hey, I'll keep working and revising and as they say:

"Grooming" (internet context :D)

I know, where is a whole two weeks of entries? I haven't had the time to write at all this holidays! :) I have a dance or two coming up at the end of the Holidays, so i was busy practicing ALOT. Me and a few of my friends were gonna have a funday outside, but the weather went horrible at the last minute, so we stayed inside, watched movies, spun the bottle, talked, ate food and laughed :D Twas rather fun ;) Well my ICT homework this holidays is to write about what "grooming" means in internet context: So I used the URL : www.netsafe.co.nz to help me out :) SO here it is :)
GROOMING- When a person uses cyber-technology to create a victim of sexual abuse from another person. When a stranger sets up or 'prepare' another person to be a victim of sexual abuse.
This can happen when your online or not. For example: Chatrooms, social-networking/personal sites, the park, the mall the possibilities are practially endless, so you can see how dangerous this can be.
Groomers are very subtle in the way they ask personal questions. These 'questions' can start out innocent and harmless, but gradually get more and more personal even if the person being groomed doesn't realize it.
These groomers are very smart and are getting smarter. As they lie about their age, gender, looks, and personal information very easily, it is hard to tell them apart from the others. Always be very cautious when giving out ANY personal info, make sure that you know whos looking at it!!
To identify if you are being groomed look out for these signs:
-What you wear to school, what your wearing now, what you look like.
-To use your webcam to show them certain things of you.
-If they already know things about you, you don't remember telling them at all.
-wants to keep you whole relationship a secret from everyone else.
-Wants to share explict things or wants you to go to pornographic sites, and show pics of themselves to you.

Tired Once More :)
Hey blogger.com!So bloggers! Whaddup? Today my whole year went to the pool for almost half a day, to have fun :) On the Hydroslides one of my friends decided to over take me and ended up sitting on me... grr and ouch :) Tomorrows Mufti and Wacky hair day. I know my schools gonna look crazy tomorrow :D I am SO tired, i can barely keep my eyes open! *sigh* I think i finished all my H/W but sadly my teachers have decided to bless me with more. My hair already looks wacky from swimming today so, guess i'm all set for tomorrow :) Once more i have nothing to write about ;D

Nearly there :P

Phew! Nearly at the school holidays :) This term actually went by reeal fast, come to think of it. I'm working on some more choreography on a few more dances, nearly finished those... ok i have a bit to go ;)! My class has some story-writing homework over the weekend. grr. Some blogger-person has decided to copy my style, as in what i say in my blogs, stuff on my page etc, gosh it's real annoying! But hey, you all know i had it first ;). Haha on Tuesdays i have violin, and my teacher.. he loves to boast about his (quote!) 'little girl, who has a perfect life'. Hehe but nahh he's cool. I hit my funnybone on a desk yesterday and it literally hurts so bad its funny :O :) I have discovered a new song called: Wonderful life by Hurts, Its so nice to hear a song that isn't about drugs, partying and all that. Monday comes up before you know it!

Happy Fathers day!!! AND Happy Birthday to my Dad :) what a coincidence huh? HEHE i was the first to wish him NYAHAHA now my sis is a little ticked off ;) So whats everybody planning for today? I'm going out to lunch and then off to ZUMBA! gonna be an awesome day hopefully :) I feel so bad for the residents in the area in which the earthquake hit, the buildings have been ripped apart, the roads are shredded, there a alot of casualties. I feel so horrible when i see the photos :( I have once more found some Ace songs: A year without rain-leona lewis demo, written in the stars-rihanna demo. check em out :) See ya!:

Earthquakes and Filadelfios!

WOW, lets begin with yesterday: On Friday me and my Hockey team went out to Filadelfios and celebrated our end of season by.. Eating dessert :D yum, I had a chocolate cheesecake mmm but we all just ate from eachothers plate anyway :) Then at the end we decided to make a porridge of left over dessert and spin the bottle to see who'd eat the chocolate mush :P Now moving on... after that most lovely end of season with the hockey girls I went to bed. At about 4:35am I woke up and found that my whole bunk bed shaking as if there was 20 people shaking it! I called my mum and then she felt the quake too, I was rather shocked that the earthquake might've had something to do with 2012..... or it was just a one off mother nature taking a stretch ;) Anyways i was rather worried about the bed which had been shaking non-stop for like two minutes :I Phew! just had to update you all on that hehe. And now I'm getting ready for my much dreaded dance practise ;)

My Science HW on 'eating' :)

Well for Science my class had to record what we ate over a 24hr time period, and we had to post this info on here :) So heres a list of what I ate on Saturday, with a list of the calories and kilojules aswell:
8:23am: Berry Tea, Cornflakes with skim milk
(107 calories)
11:50am: A banana
(42 calories)
1:20pm: Japan-style noodles (with Tofu), Veggies: Peppers, broccoli, A glass of water
(189 calories)
4:15pm: Potato chips
7:40pm: Wholegrain Bread (2 slices), Ham,Cheese, A glass of water
(373 calories)
8:00pm: half an Apple, Hot chocolate :)
(425 calories)
7:55am the next day: Baguette, Ham, Onion, Peppers, Butter, a glass of Water
(210 calories)
In conclusion I intook 4183.1412 Kilojules over a 24hr time period.

A Change :)

Well as you can see, I changed my template :) I reckon it looks neat aye? Well, today i stuffed my face with little carrots... They were sooo yum :D Hehe think I'm addicted to carrots aswell as MUSiC. Anyways, My class and I heard that due to the Rugby world cup, school's gonna be aall messed up in 2011 :I Nothing of interest to talk about these days!! Annoying Sign-ins!

Grr, rather mad at blogger.com and its new google sign ins and change accounts stuff! rreeeeaall confusing :I I spent like 20 minutes trying to sign in? Haha you know things are wrong when you start begging a computer :) Oh well guess i've finally made it into my account :) Half day today!! Phew, still got alot of homework to do so, i don't know why i'm so happy ;) Get Smart is the best comedy ever, i watched it again a few days ago and i still laugh hysterically when i think about it :D Suppose theres not much to write about today, :) so i'll find something to write about...

Mondays, Train-wrecks and accidents!
Well, back to school!

Fancy being back to school? The highlight today I'd say would be my school house (Begg house) winning an inter-house competition! yeyah! Haha but i tripped myself up soo many times in the game and now my knee looks like a train-wreck :O, Oh yeah and some crazy students in our school "accidentaly" set off the fire alarm and the whole school had to be evacuated, *sigh* how annoying?!I think we're having sushi for dinner tonight, I LOVE SUSHI! yum yum. Heh me and one of my mates were so hungry in our Animation Tech class that we searched up chocolate on google :D haha man were sad :). In fact I want chocolate right now mm :P. Aaanyways, one of the other reasons i strongly dislike Mondays is because The homework load is thrown on ya! Well there's a half day tomorrow so, guess i have a bit of time to rest! Blogger is rather addictive :)

G'Morning :)
Ahh Sunday!
*Yawn* I'm sooo tired after last night's concert... which was real awesome and VERY loud (my ears hurt) :(! The first performance started like 20 minutes late, which was annoying, but in the end the other performances, actors, dancers and MC's made up for it :) There were lamp dances and hilariously funny sketches :D. But it finished on time, which was like umm about 10:40pm? Still reeeal tired because me being me i had to sit down to watch a movie (called shutter island- with Leo D in it) the movie was OK, could have been a little better :I But it doesn't change the fact that I'm soooooo tried :O. I don't really feel like sleeping though :I. how weird? ARRGH school again tomorrow AGAIN ;) heh. hmm Whats there to talk about? Well im listening to some music, In the backround my Family is engrossed in the movie Bolt, which has gotten to the exciting bit :), Bolt is reeaal cute eh? Well I reckon I should go and force myself to sleep before i fall asleep on the computer :).

Yawn!

Phew! Friday today! And for once not too much homework at all (he he he), Sitting down for once as i write this post is very relaxing, been on my feet alot (and swimming) today :). I'm excited and sad for the weekend, as i am taking one of my bestest friends out for a farewell lunch, most of my sport has finished for the season so I'm going to be pretty laid back (but then again, dance will start soon grr). I cannot live without music, I just realized that today: for example:

On the computer
Reading
Doing homework
Weekends
Etc... and when i'm not listening to music, I'm choreographing, Dancing, Asking people about music, gosh! I need help I'm.... ADDICTED. *gasp* haha anyway My favourite song right now is... Heartbeat - Enrique Iglecias ft Nicole Schirezinger, <-- ace song right there.

First Blog!

Well it's languages week this week! And todays language is Japanese :)
This is officially my first blog ;) So, not really sure what to talk about :D I've got a ton of homework (don't we all?) to do over the weekend grrr. I'm very sad because one of my close friends is moving to Aussie (most of everyone i know is!!) It's freezing right now for me over here, honestly wish i was in Hawaii WARM! Well suppose that's it for me for now :)

Before I begin,
I would like to remind everyone to be very careful and safe on the internet, especially when on sites that display and share personal info! It's best not to state any info on which the person reading your profile, page etc.. can contact you or find out where you live. The safest info to put out there, in my opinion, is perhaps your name and maybe a couple of things that interest you.But DON'T:
*State where you live (address, school etc..)
*State your first and last name!!(you will become identifiable!!)
*Display phone numbers (that includes cell phones!!)
*And to be completely sure about safety, don't post your pictures
where unknown people can see or have access to.
You CAN:
*Perhaps post your first name
*Share some of your interests
*Maybe your age but Not your date of birth
And REMEMBER:
*Make sure you have fun, but keep in mind how big
and dangerous the internet can really be :)
And now that I've explained useful tips for using blogs and other social-networking sites, hopefully I'll post more interesting blogs which will give all you bloggers out there a good read :) :)
